Every student must bring in proof of residency. If you have moved to our attendance area, we will need your lease or purchase agreement so that residency can be proven and transportation can be established.
The staff needs 24 hours notice before a student can start school.
To save time, you may download the MSDLT elementary registration form and bring the completed form with you when you come to school to register your child.

You may contact the following location for immunization information or to obtain any shot needed. Immunizations are available for children of all ages for a nominal fee.
